How can I get started?

Simply drop your screenshot file(s) on the MiniShadow window. After having processed the files, MiniShadow will place them in the same location as the original files. The original files are not changed.

How can I make a screenshot?

There are several ways to make a screenshot. These are the most common keyboard shortcuts:

Cmd-Shift-4 + Spacebar lets you select a window

Cmd-Shift-4 lets you select any area of your screen

Cmd-Shift-3 makes a screenshot of your entire screen

Can MiniShadow add a white background to my screenshots?

Yes. If you hold the Command key while dropping the screenshot(s) on MiniShadow, a white background will be added.
